Returns is a scheme provided by us (Bonhis Collection) directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by us (Bonhis Collection) to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Kindly find the rules as below:

1. After receipt of the Courier Package the customer need to open it within 24 hours of delivery.

2. While opening the Courier Package video is mandatory. Without the proper submission of a video no claim will be entertained.

3. In case of any discrepancy the video evidence needs to be submitted with 48hours of product delivery.
 

4. Slight changes of colour in the sarees or any other products may happen due to the usage of cameras having high resolution.

5. Amount of products having any manufacturing defects, low quality or having totally different colour will be refunded.
 

6. No claims will be entertained if not submitted within 48hours of product delivery.
